Sports Rules

1. Scope and Applicability

These Rules govern all bets accepted by Mmk121 (the Company) through its sportsbook. They regulate bet acceptance, settlement, adjustments for errors, and the use of promotional balances. The most recent version applies to bets placed after its publication. Bets that were accepted under prior terms remain subject to those terms only to the extent provided by this document or by explicit reference.

2. Definitions

  • Customer or Player: a person who holds an account with the Company and places bets.
  • Bet: an instruction to wager a stake on a Market, submitted for acceptance and confirmed when the Company records the bet as accepted.
  • Market: a specific betting proposition on an Event, with defined Odds and potential Payouts.
  • Event: a scheduled competitive occurrence offered for betting purposes.
  • Outcome: the result used to determine settlement of a Market.
  • Odds: the multiplier applied to the stake to determine winnings.
  • Live Betting: bets accepted on Events while they are in progress.
  • Official Result: the result published by the relevant governing body or the Company’s determinations when applicable under these Rules.

3. Account Registration, Verification, and Data Protection

3.1 Age Verification: Eligibility requires a minimum age of 18. The Company may request documentary evidence of age and identity. Providers may suspend access or freeze accounts pending verification.

3.2 Personal Data: The Company processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy. Data remains confidential and is disclosed only as required by law or regulatory obligations, or for internal purposes necessary to provide services.

3.3 Multiple Accounts: It is prohibited to have multiple customer accounts. If multiple accounts are identified, the Company may close all but one and restrict communications and offers to the remaining account.

3.4 Data Security: The Company employs reasonable security measures to protect transaction data and communications. Winnings data and payment details are treated as confidential and are not disclosed except as required by law or regulatory bodies.

4. Bet Placement and Acceptance

4.1 Market Availability: Bets are accepted on markets and events as defined in the sportsbook, unless specified otherwise for a particular market or event.

4.2 Timing of Bets: Bets must be placed before the event starts unless a market is designated as live. Live bets may be placed only during the event’s progression and in accordance with the live betting section of the sportsbook.

4.3 Confirmation and Security: By placing a bet, the Customer confirms they have not knowledge of the event outcome and acknowledges that the details shown for acceptance are correct. Upon acceptance, the bet cannot be altered or canceled by the Customer. Bets are displayed to the Customer with a password confirmation to finalize acceptance.

4.4 Post-Acceptance Changes: The Company may modify odds, handicaps, totals, limits, and other terms at any time. Bets placed prior to such changes remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.

4.5 Disputes and Time Limits: Any dispute concerning a bet must be raised within 30 days following the event’s conclusion. The Company’s decision on disputes is final unless required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

4.6 Stake Limits: The Company establishes minimum and maximum stakes for markets, which may vary by sport and event. The Company may apply additional restrictions on multiple bets on the same outcome or correlated outcomes.

4.7 Invalid Bets: Bets placed on markets where the outcome is known at the moment of placement shall be invalid and refunded. Bets on markets where the outcome becomes known before settlement may be adjusted or canceled as allowed by these Rules.

4.8 Result Adjustments: If an event is interrupted or abnormal circumstances occur, the Company may settle markets according to available results or apply a 1.00 odds to unsettled components where appropriate under these Rules.

5. Settlement, Errors, and Adjustments

5.1 Accuracy and Corrections: The Company strives for accuracy in odds and results but reserves the right to correct any apparent error in odds, results, or event data in accordance with these Rules.

5.2 Error Bets: Bets placed in real time that are inadvertently accepted or settled incorrectly may be canceled or recalculated. Correct settlements will be applied where practicable.

5.3 Data Integrity and Fraud: The Company may suspend betting or withhold payments if there are concerns about data integrity or suspected fraud or integrity issues within an event, pending investigation.

5.4 Conflicting Data: If conflicting official results and sportsbook data arise, the official governing body’s result governs settlement. If no official result exists, settlement is based on best available evidence; video evidence may be consulted if available.

5.5 No Post-Settlement Reversals: Bets already settled may be reversed only in accordance with these Rules and applicable law. The Company reserves the right to suspend or reverse settlements when required by an official determination.

6. Bet Types

6.1 Single Bet: A wager on the outcome of a single Market. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the Market’s Odds.

6.2 Accumulator Bet: A wager on multiple Markets. All selections must win for the bet to succeed. Total Odds are the product of the individual odds, rounded to two decimal places. Payout equals stake multiplied by the total odds.

6.3 System Bet: A combination of Accumulators formed from a fixed set of selections. All components share the same stake. Winnings equal the sum of all successful Accumulators’ winnings.

6.4 Conditional Bet: A sequence of standard bets where only the principal stake is funded upfront. Subsequent bets are funded from winnings generated by the principal bet. If the principal loses, all conditional bets fail. If winnings are insufficient to fund all subsequent bets, remaining conditional bets may be excluded, with payout limited to the principal bet’s winnings.

7. Live Betting

7.1 Live Bets: Live bets are accepted during an event on markets whose outcomes are not yet determined. Live odds are updated in real time and may move between acceptance and settlement.

7.2 Live Settlement: Live bets are settled on the basis of results available immediately after the event concludes. Bets on athletes not participating or markets without a determinate outcome at settlement time are typically invalid or settled at 1.00 where applicable under these Rules.

7.3 Data and Timing: Live data used for settlement is provided by the Company’s data sources. The Company may delay or adjust settlements in response to data corrections.

7.4 Post-Event Adjustments: Bets on markets whose outcome is determined during live play will settle as soon as the outcome is known. If a match is interrupted or not completed within a defined period, settled bets may be honored as of the last determinate result; otherwise, settlements may be adjusted in accordance with these Rules.

7.5 Claims Window: Claims regarding bets placed on live events may be submitted within 24 hours after the event start time; otherwise, the claim may be declined.

8. Bet History and Account Management

8.1 Bet History Access: Customers may review their past bets in the Bet History section, filtered by date or period. Records reflect settled and unsettled bets unless noted otherwise.

9. Stakes, Limits, and Balances

9.1 Minimum Stake: The Company sets a minimum stake per market, which may vary by market type and jurisdiction. The minimum is published within the sportsbook and may be changed without notice.

9.2 Maximum Stake and Restrictions: Maximum stakes vary by sport and event; the Company determines per-event limits and may restrict multiple bets on the same outcome or related outcomes. The Company may modify or revoke offers or promotions at any time and without prior notice.

9.3 Balances: Each Customer maintains a main balance and a bonus balance. Bets may only be placed from the main balance. Bonus balances are not debited for standard bet placements unless explicitly stated in terms of a promotion.

10. Event and Market Rules

10.1 Event Changes: If an Event is postponed, relocated, or otherwise altered, the Company may void bets or adjust markets in accordance with these Rules and the sport’s governing body rules.

10.2 Abandonment and Postponement: If an Event is abandoned or not completed within the communicated timeframe, bets may be voided unless an official result is declared for settled markets.

10.3 Team and Venue Details: Incorrectly displayed team names, venues, or home/away designations may render bets void in the Company’s discretion. If a change in venue or match lineup occurs, the Company may void affected bets.

10.4 Dead Heat and Multiple Winners: Dead heat settlements apply where applicable; stake is divided equally among tied selections and adjusted according to the Odds of the revised stake.

11. Disputes, Enforcement, and Compliance

11.1 Dispute Process: Customer disputes should be submitted to the Company’s Customer Services for initial handling, after which matters may be escalated to Trading or the Head of Sportsbook for a final decision. The Company will communicate outcomes by electronic means.

11.2 Fraud and Integrity: The Company reserves the right to suspend settlements and restrict accounts where integrity concerns arise or fraud is suspected. All bets affected by such findings may be voided or refused pending investigation by the relevant authorities.

11.3 Regulatory Compliance: The Company will comply with applicable gambling and data protection laws. Bets and accounts are subject to verification and monitoring as required by law.

12. Data Security and Privacy

12.1 Data Handling: The Company keeps customer data confidential and uses appropriate security measures to protect information. Data may be shared internally to provide services and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

12.2 Communications: Communications to customers relate to the customer’s account, promotions, and service updates. The Company adheres to applicable anti-spam and privacy policies.

13. Amendments and Notices

13.1 Rule Modifications: The Company may amend these Rules at any time. Revisions are effective immediately upon publication online. Customers are responsible for reviewing updates; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules.

14. Football-Specific Rules

14.1 Match Timing: Football bets cover regular time unless otherwise stated. Stoppage time is counted in accordance with official timing sources; additional periods (extra time, penalties) are settled only where the market specifies.

14.2 Abandonment and Postponement: If a football match is postponed or not completed within the stated window, bets may be voided unless an official result is declared within the applicable period.

14.3 First Goalscorer and Substitutions: Own goals do not count for first goalscorer bets; if the first goal is an own goal, settlements are based on the subsequent goal scorer. Players not participating or sent off prior to the first goal may invalidate related bets.

14.4 To Qualify for the Next Round and Related Markets: Markets tied to progression and qualification follow the governing body rules and may rely on aggregate results as specified in the market terms.
