General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the User and Mmk121 (the Operator). By accessing or using the Services, the User accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms as they apply to the User’s jurisdiction and the User’s use of the Platform. Mmk121 operates under a current gaming license and regulatory framework applicable to its licensed activities. The Operator may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Definitions
- User means an individual who registers for and uses the Services.
- Personal Account means the User’s account through which funds are deposited, wagers are placed, and winnings are managed.
- Games means all games and wagering activities offered on the Platform, including casino games, live dealer games, and any promotional events.
- Bet means a risk-based agreement in relation to a designated outcome or event.
- Winnings means net monetary gains earned through wagering and settlement of approved Bets.
- Promotions means any bonus, free bet, or other offer available to the User under these Terms.
- Know Your Customer (KYC) means the verification process required to confirm identity and comply with AML regulations.
Eligibility and Registration
- The User must be at least 18 years of age, or the applicable legal age in the User’s jurisdiction, to register and participate. Verification of age may be required at registration or prior to withdrawal.
- The User must not be situated in, nor a resident of, Prohibited Jurisdictions as defined by the Operator from time to time. The Operator may suspend or prohibit access where a User is located in such a jurisdiction.
- Only one Personal Account per User is permitted. The Operator may suspend or close multiple Accounts and reclaim funds where more than one Account is detected.
- The User must provide accurate and complete information during registration and promptly update it if it changes. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their Personal Account.
Personal Account and Security
The User’s Personal Account is personal and non-transferable. The User shall not share login credentials with third parties. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of the User’s credentials where such use results from the User’s breach of security obligations.
Know Your Customer (KYC) and AML
The User agrees to participate in KYC checks. The Operator may request documents to verify identity, domicile, and payment methods. The User must provide requested documents within three (3) business days. Failure to provide documentation may result in temporary restrictions, account suspension, or permanent closure, and withholding of funds or cancellation of bets as appropriate under these Terms.
- Acceptable documentation includes government-issued photo IDs, proof of address, and methods confirming ownership of payment instruments used for deposits and withdrawals.
- The Operator may perform ongoing monitoring and may request additional information at any time to ensure compliance with applicable laws and the Terms.
Funds, Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
The User may participate in wagering only with available funds in the Personal Account. The Operator does not offer credit. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the following:

- Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are limited to the User’s Available to Bet balance. Withdrawals may be made via the same method used for the deposit unless the Operator otherwise permits. A withdrawal request must be submitted via the User’s Account and will be processed in accordance with the listed processing times.

Bets, Settlements, and Cancellations
A Bet is a risk-driven agreement conditional on an event’s outcome. Settlement occurs once the outcome is determined. If the outcome is disputed, the Operator will settle in accordance with its Rules and the published procedures. The following apply:
- : Bets are binding once the outcome is determined by the applicable event results and the System confirms settlement.
- Bet Cancellation: A Bet may be canceled with no settlement and refunds of the stake in cases of system errors or other events as defined in the Rules. The Operator may determine the cancellation after investigation.
- Incorrect Credits: If winnings are credited to the User in error, the Operator may reverse the credit and recover the funds. The User must notify the Operator immediately if any erroneous credit is detected.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering
Promotions are provided at the Operator’s discretion and may be subject to terms separate from these Terms. Any bonus or free bet is conditional on the User satisfying the wagering requirements, time limits, and game-type restrictions specified in the promotion terms. The Operator may deduct or revoke any bonus, winnings, or related benefits if a User breaches the applicable terms or engages in abuse of the promotions system, including but not limited to non-qualifying games or non-compliance with wagering requirements.
Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Fraud
The User shall not engage in fraud, collusion, use of bots, automation, or any methods designed to manipulate outcomes. The User shall not participate in activities that exploit vulnerabilities, circumvent security measures, or enable unauthorized access to the Platform. The Operator may suspend or terminate the User’s Account and forfeit funds if unlawful or abusive conduct is detected.
Responsible Gaming
The User is responsible for regulating their gambling activity. The Operator provides tools for self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, and spending limits. The User may request restrictions or self-exclusion in accordance with the Platform’s Responsible Gambling program and any applicable laws.
Privacy and Data Protection
The Operator processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The User consents to collection, use, and retention of personal information for verification, account management, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All Site content, branding, software, and underlying materials are the property of the Operator or its licensors. The User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No part of the content may be copied, distributed, or reused for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Communications and Notices
Notices, updates to Terms, and communications related to the Account will be delivered through the User’s registered account and/or the contact details provided during registration. The User is responsible for reviewing communications and ensuring the accuracy of contact information.
Changes to Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms or any part of them at any time. The User will be provided with notice of changes where reasonably practicable. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination, Suspension, and Closure
The Operator may suspend or terminate a User’s Personal Account for any reason including security concerns, regulatory compliance, or suspected misconduct. Upon termination, the Operator shall return remaining available funds to the User, subject to any outstanding wagers, fees, or charges as permitted by law and these Terms. The User may close their Account at any time, subject to withdrawal of available funds and settlement of obligations.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to the Operator. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the User’s use of the Services will be resolved in accordance with the Operator’s dispute procedures and, where appropriate, the regulatory framework governing the Operator’s license. The User may have rights to pursue remedies with the relevant regulator as well as through ordinary courts, depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of the dispute.
Miscellaneous
- Currency and localization preferences, game restrictions by jurisdiction, and other operational parameters are as posted in the User’s account settings and the Platform’s help resources.
- The Operator may suspend or restrict processing of transactions in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or compliance concerns.
